AlphaSteel orders leave the fulfillment centre within one business day and reach most United States addresses in three to six business days. The three and six-bottle packages ship free.

Tracking your AlphaSteel order
The tracking email arrives from the fulfillment partner, not from this domain, so check spam if it has not appeared within two business days. If tracking has not moved in four business days, email orders@alphazsteel.com with your order number and we will open a trace. Parcels that go missing are replaced, not argued about.
Wrong, damaged or missing items
Photograph the outer box and the bottles as they arrived and send the images to support@alphazsteel.com. Replacement AlphaSteel goes out the same week and you do not need to return the damaged parcel. Report damage within fourteen days of delivery so the carrier claim window is still open.
Returns and refunds
You do not need to ship AlphaSteel back to claim the 60-day money-back guarantee. One email starts it. Opened and partly used bottles are covered. The full terms, including what happens to original shipping charges on the two-bottle package, are set out under the guarantee and the refund policy.
Address changes
Email orders@alphazsteel.com the moment you notice a mistake. Before a tracking number exists we can usually correct the label. After that, the parcel has to complete its journey and we handle it as a redelivery or a refund, whichever you prefer.
